A striking pair of over-the-knee boots from Todd Oldham’s Spring 1994 collection, featuring the iconic “Mystic Beading” print.
The textile is derived from a full-scale beaded and embroidered panel produced in India, which was then photographed and sublimation printed onto fabric to create a highly detailed, non-repeating surface. The result is a richly layered pattern that mimics the depth and texture of handwork while maintaining flexibility and movement.
Constructed in a structured, scuba-weight fabric developed in collaboration with a German ski uniform manufacturer, the boots hold their shape while remaining wearable. The silhouette is tall and fitted through the leg, with a sculptural heel that continues the visual rhythm of the print.
