Produced for the Todd Oldham Collection, Fall 1996. This piece began as a cardboard prototype before being shaped, recast in white metal, and plated in 24k gold. The evolution from humble material to precious object captures the playful rigor and conceptual ambition of the Todd's fashion sensibilities.
